As said by the error message, to support this feature wkhtmltopdf needs
to be build against a modified version of QT (the fork maintained by the
wkhtmltopdf developers[1]).

As far as I know the wkhtmltopdf developers tries to make their changes
integrated to the upstream development of QT.

I you really need this feature, there are[2] static binaries of
wkhtmltopdf.
