Package: feed2imap Version: 1.2.3-1+deb8u1 Severity: wishlist I got this in the mail:
W, [2016-02-03T08:00:03.700238 #30673] WARN -- : Configuration file is readable by other users. It probably contains your password. While I appreciate the advice, the problem is: it does not: target-refix: &target "maildir:///home/anarcat/Maildir/.feeds." I write to a maildir! No passwords there. And I actually would like to share this config files with others on my system. In fact, I think the config file could simply *not* allow users to put in passwords (those are typically in .netrc, for example). At least there should be a way to silence that warning. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (1, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages feed2imap depends on: ii ruby 1:2.1.5+deb8u1 ii ruby-feedparser 0.9.3-2 ii ruby-rubymail 1.0.0-2 ii ruby2.1 [ruby-interpreter] 2.1.5-2+deb8u2 feed2imap recommends no packages.
