Thanks. It should end up in NEW, as libclamav7 doesn't exist in stable.
Once it does, we can ask the ftp-team to have a look.

We can only schedule binNMUs as +bX, so in those cases we'll likely have
to do something like schedule +b(>=3) for unstable and, assuming those
succeed, then schedule +b2s for p-u.
