If the directory service/log exists, runsv ... switches to the
directory service/log and starts ./run (and ./finish) exactly as ...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Except that's not true, finish scripts are not invoked for the
appendant log service because svd[1].state is never set to S_FINISH
and so forth.
