Hi, thank you for reporting this bug.
It is caused by a missing dependency in python-librtmp which I will fix in a moment. As a workaround, you can install python-cffi manually. However, it seems that there has been an additional change in ustream. This causes the desktop streams to not be available, even when you install the dependency manually.
