yubioauth-desktop depends on python-pyscard which is no longer built by
pyscard.
pyscard dropped the binary package in it's most recent upload with no
explanation given in the changelog.
The PyScard wrapper moved to Python 3.
I forget to make it explicit in the debian/changelog.
The package is now called python3-pyscard
https://packages.debian.org/sid/python3-pyscard
yubioath-desktop should be moved to Python 3 as well.
