Package: libfile-mimeinfo-perl Severity: normal The mimeopen utility attempts to save the default applications into ~/.local/share/applications/ so that next time it is run it doesn't ask for a preferred application anymore.
The problem is that if the directory doesn't exist, it just fails instead of creating the directory using something like: mkdir -p ~/.local/share/applications/ Francois -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_CA, LC_CTYPE=en_CA (charmap=ISO-8859-1) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_CA) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
