As of the current iptables 1.6.0-2 does not depend on libmnl yet. The highest priority of packages that depend on libmnl is 'optional', such as iptables-nftables-compat, conntrack, contrackd etc. Therefore, I will hold the bump priority until the next libmnl upstream release, perhaps bump to 'optional' or higher priority up to the packages that depend on it at that time.
