Hi Sergei,

I guess the dependency chain is quite tricky..

What you can try to make the package ready is to use my repository I
made for the transition. (Obviously you can't upload it...)

deb http://libpng.sviech.de/libpng16 sid main

The signing key is here:
https://libpng.sviech.de/libpng16/pubkey.txt

(It is signed with my DD-key; but the key is not uploaded to any
keyserver and not supposed to be)
