I recently packaged php-json-patch as used by php-opencloud as used by owncloud, but owncloud version 7 that is going away anyway, see #816376. There is a priori little point to release it in a stable Debian release. I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody objects (but feel free to beat me to it). Regards David
