I have upgraded to the version 3.1.1-8, but the problem still exist and
the error message is the same.

The error message is the same:
searching for compatible vm...
  testing /usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj...found

A suitable Java Virtual Machine for running the Eclipse Platform could
not be located.


Btw, I didnt find the two other's bugreport about the same issue. Can you point 
it?
