It seems that cyphesis-cpp has had problems building on several architectures, with the result that it depends on various old library packages on these arches. However the Reproducible Builds project has managed [1] to build it repeatedly on both amd64 and armhf since last December, so I think it is worth trying another binNMU on all the problematic architectures.
