This is not a Routino bug, it is a bug in the Openstreetmap data that Routino is using. The road that has been selected for the start point is marked as one-way and is a dead-end. If you follow the road (in the only direction allowed) you will come to the end where you can go no further. You can see this more easily in this zoomed in map: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/51.45887/-0.44572 Routino cannot calculate a route where there is no viable road. It could be argued that Routino should remove one-way highways that lead into a dead-end and one-way highways that start from a dead-end but that is a feature request, not a bug.
