Package: python3-gi Version: 3.18.2-2+b1 Severity: normal Hi,
Several packages are install gi overrides (in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/gi/overrides/) but nothing byte compiles the code. I'm not sure it's a good idea to make the different gir1.2- packages depend against python3 (or even python3-minimal) package, so we could centralize the call to py3compile in a trigger file shipped by python3-gi. What do you think?
