I requested (per email) friendly to jwz, how to deactivate the warning pop-up. And wrote him, that I don't need this pop-up. Jwz sassed only:"Upgrade to a version that is not years out of date. If the distro you have chosen makes it difficult for you to do so, you have chosen a poor distro." No comment to such a "nice" developers answer. Please, Debian-maintainers/-developers go ahead for removing this pointless warning pop-up. Thanks. Wolfgang Roessler.
