Hi Laszlo,
I've made a few improvements to the zbackup packaging, which are on
this GitHub repository[1]. As the package doesn't looks to have
already being managed with Git, the older versions were imported with
"gbp import-dscs --debsnap". Here's the summary of the changes:
zbackup (1.4.4-2) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium
* Add myself to Uploaders.
* Add 'fix_version_string.patch'.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.7 (no change).
* Convert README.md to HTML (Debian Policy Manual ยง 12.4 "Preferred
documentation formats"):
- Add 'debian/clean', update 'debian/docs'.
- Add 'remove_external_travisci_img.patch'.
* debian/control:
- Add 'discount' ('mkd2html' command) to build dependencies.
- wrap-and-sort.
* debian/copyright:
- Add myself for 'debian/*' files.
- Bump Laszlo Boszormenyi copyright to 2016.
- wrap-and-sort.
* debian/rules:
- Add hardening (fixes 'hardening-no-pie' and 'hardening-no-bindnow').
- Add 'override_dh_auto_build'.

As there are some intrusive changes, like adding myself to Uploaders,
I haven't put the package on Debian infrastructure (like mentors.d.n
or collab-maint). If you like and accept them, is a matter of marking
it for release in unstable and pushing it to collab-maint - which I
can do as well. I'll only need the upload to be sponsored.
P.s.: is there an easier way to reach you than BTS? I've tried to
contact you by e-mail more than one time with no luck. If you are
extremely busy outside Debian and willing to give some packages up to
adoption, I volunteer to take this one and ask for sponsorship from
another DD.
