Yeah, this is actually wrong.
spamass-milter doesn't need any of those working; it will guess them
itself if necessary.
The only one that helps is {auth_type}, which postfix actually supports.
[{auth_ssf} is useful if you're running sendmail, but there is no
equivalent support in postfix, apparently.]
