buildcross depends on long gone automake1.4, automake1.9 and is therefore no longer installable. The last upload was in 2012, but since then there has been a lot of work been ongoing with cross compilation support in other packages (e.g. cross compilers are now available on a few architectures). Maybe buildcross is no longer needed in the current world?
