According to dak, libpng1.2 removal needs removal of root-system of said archs.

As it is unlikely that root-system is fixed soon (Uploader looks MIA from here),
please remove this package from the archs, also with the dependencies fastjet
and rivet
(both same maintainer)
I've asked the question if the package should be removed from Debian completly
already
in #822085, but for this drastical step I want to give the science team more
time.
(and take care of libpng removal first)
