https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/r-bioc-annotationdbi/unstable/amd64/ explicitly lists the date and package version of when the test was last run. anyway, even though it would be nice to somehow handle the case where a package has its test metadata removed, it is very low priority for me at the moment. as usual, patches are welcome.
