Hi,
I would like to wait until znc upstream (Hey Alexey :p) also official
supports it. Currently znc 1.6.3 does not search for Tcl 8.6:
configure: for path in $TCL_DIR /usr/lib /usr/lib/tcl8.4
/usr/lib/tcl8.5
configure.ac: for path in $TCL_DIR /usr/lib /usr/lib/tcl8.4
/usr/lib/tcl8.5
