Package: asterisk Version: 1.2.1.dfsg-1 Severity: wishlist Asterisk's app_directed_pickup doesn't seem to be able to pick up calls that are ringing on a SIP device if the call originated from a Zap channel, though it works fine when both ends of the call are on SIP.
Bristuff's app_pickup can pick up calls in this situation, and seems to work fine without the rest of the bristuff patch. Please consider including this module in the Debian package: it's self-contained and shouldn't hurt anybody who isn't using it.
