It looks like gnobog can be ignored.  Its only dependency is a
Build-Depends on libguile-dev which is also provided by the current
guile-1.6-libs.

Since gnurobots and gnubg have uploaded new versions that don't depend
on the older Guile, I think it should be safe to proceed.
