I'm still experiencing the issue. Any timeline regarding its resolution?

Need to get 2068 kB/2327 kB of archives. After unpacking 2495 kB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
squid3 : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.15) but 2.13-38+deb7u10 is installed.
Depends: libdb5.3 which is a virtual package.
Depends: libecap2 but it is not going to be installed.
Depends: libnetfilter-conntrack3 but it is not going to be installed.
Depends: libstdc++6 (>= 4.9) but 4.7.2-5 is installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:
Remove the following packages:
1) squid3
2) squidguard
