This is just the dialog that allows you to set the value, but we also need to add the support for actually doing something with it, which was committed at: https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-session/commit/96f25057cac202e13c338886d00bc0383394ad26 And the updated schema at: https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon-desktop/commit/9076d6217ae8a7a5b427c29f95c183b48ee0d751 I'll be doing this changes and the corresponding uploads, including setting the overlay scrollbars to default to false instead of true.
