Please could you apply this patch as well?

Rationale:

 - Spanish keyboards are the most common in ca_AD as well as ca_ES, so we
   use it as default.
 - French and Italian keyboards aren't usable for writing in Catalan (missing
   characters in both), so if user picked Catalan as her language, she's most
   likely using a Catalan keyboard.

Note: ca_FR, ca_AD and ca_IT locales don't exist yet in Glibc.  They've been
already requested though, and I expect they will be available in Debian RSN.
