Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships several broken
symlinks in /usr/bin:
/usr/bin/psi-cd-hit -> ../lib/cd-hit/psi-cd-hit.pl
/usr/bin/psi-cd-hit-local -> ../lib/cd-hit/psi-cd-hit-local.pl
/usr/bin/psi-cd-hit-2d -> ../lib/cd-hit/psi-cd-hit-2d.pl
/usr/bin/psi-cd-hit-2d-g1 -> ../lib/cd-hit/psi-cd-hit-2d-g1.pl
