The cross-gcc-4.9-* packages are not in sync with the native gcc-4.9
packages and therefore uninstallable in sid. Updating them would require
manual builds since they cannot be built on the buildd network.
The cross compiler packages for gcc-5 and gcc-6 use modern
infrastructure and are up-to-date and usable.

The Uploaders Wookey and Dima have agreed, that the cross-gcc-4.9-*
packages can be removed from unstable.

In case someone still needs a gcc-4.9 cross compiler, that can be
built locally using the (maintained) cross-gcc-dev package.
