It's only https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/3191/commits/d8fdc620 I believe, but this is still rather intrusive and new code, and it doesn't apply at all to jessie's version. I. e. it needs to be backported and tested carefully. If someone wants to do this, I'd review it; but this isn't the kind of change I'd easily toss into a stable update TBH.
