The test suite of this package triggers deprecation warnings on Perl 5.24
(currently in experimental):

  sysread() is deprecated on :utf8 handles at
/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/blib/lib/File/Slurp.pm line 225.
  sysread() is deprecated on :utf8 handles at
/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/blib/lib/File/Slurp.pm line 225.
  syswrite() is deprecated on :utf8 handles at
/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/blib/lib/File/Slurp.pm line 506.

This is reproducible with just

  # perl -MFile::Slurp -we 'read_file("/etc/passwd", binmode => utf8)'
  sysread() is deprecated on :utf8 handles at /usr/share/perl5/File/Slurp.pm
line 225.
