I agree, that those modules would be very nice to have in Debian. (I wonder whether the modules are ready for public consumption, because none of them is declared "stable":
mod_mam: beta mod_csi: unknown mod_throttle_presence: beta mod_filter_chatstates: unknown mod_http_upload: unknown OTOH, the currently packaged modules aren't "stable" neither.)
