Unfortunately, it did not make it in to the package which was shipped with Sarge. (Indeed, it appears to have been the first change that was made to the package *after* 4.50-8 - http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-exim4/exim/trunk/debian/manpages/?rev=1162&sc=1).
