1) I checked firefox as default browsder. Firefox -> preferences -> general -> Always check if Firefox is your default browser System settings -> Default Applications -> Web browser -> open http and https URLs - in an application based on contents of the URL 2) Open dolphin -> in the address line write http://distrowatch.com -> starts Konqueror 3) System settings -> Default Applications -> Web browser -> open http and https URLs - in the following browser -> manually written firefox. Then it works, but other apps don't need this option. 4) System settings -> Default Applications -> Web browser -> open http and https URLs - in the following browser -> button "..." -> Internet -> Firefox ESR. Here starts more complex problem: 1) Set sound level at 0% 2) Open dolphin -> in the adress line write http://distrowatch.com -> a new window starts "Could not find the program 'firefox-esr.desktop" with sound notification at 100%.
