Hi, I'm sorry, after investigation I foud out where the problem comes from : It doesn't come from kaffeine but alsa.
I have set xine-engine to play the sound in 4 channels, and my alsa configuration doesn't support more than two channels anymore (I don't know why) so kaffeine says the audio device is busy. After setting kaffeine to stereo 2.0, it plays the video and audio. And for the video with crappy sound, the one I have for the moment has a crappy sound with every video player, so it's a bad exemple :-( .
