Bug#295129: tetex-bin: pdflatex doesn't handle files with space in their name

This is not specific to pdf(la)tex, it also occurs with all other
engines in teTeX (and also with teTeX-3.0, albeit with a different error
message). 

I am sure upstream knows about this problem; but I wouldn't say it's
really a bug, rather a wishlist issue.
