I confirm that  I can't reproduce the bug with kernel 
linux-image-4.6.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 4.6.1-1~bpo8+1

I had no opportunity to look at stretch for the moment

i have no issue with the bug being closed since upgrading backport kernel 
solves the problem.
