Same problem here (mozilla-mailnews 1.7.5-1), custom mail filters no longer work. I filter on custom tags like "X-Spam-Flag" or "List-Id". Running them manually works fine. All of the affected accounts are IMAP accounts, and the filters move messages into other folders.
This is really annoying since I receive lots of spam that is filter this way, and I'm also subscribed to many mailing lists.
Is there perhaps a manual fix in the meantime?
