Dear Maintainer,

The Khronos OpenCL headers seem to have moved from SVN to Github, as advertised
on the official project webpage.

In particular, the OpenCL C and C++ headers are hosted on separate repositories [1, 2] and the latter now have a CMake based build system, a documentation and
a test suite.

Perhaps the current khronos-opencl-headers should be split to only cover the
OpenCL C headers and a new source package (khronos-opencl-cpp-headers?) should
be introduced to reflect on the upstream re-organization of the code.

Best regards,
Ghis
