And as reported on #586684, most of the test suite therefore fails given it needs Internet access: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=urlgrabber&arch=all&ver=3.9.1-4.2&stamp=1450156264 Given we've been ignoring these test suite failures for a while, IMO we should just stop running the test suite during package build.
