Neither t/maintscript nor t/buildsystems/parallel.mk are executable in the debhelper source, so they should not be run during 'make test'. And I cannot reproduce this either. I suspect that t/maintscript should actually be executable, but it never has been. As for t/buildsystems/parallel.mk, it is an auxiliary file. Cheers, Sven
