Package: wodim
Version: 9:1.1.11-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I entered the command line:
wodim --devices

and got the result:
"
wodim: No such file or directory.
Cannot open SCSI driver!
For possible targets try 'wodim --devices' or 'wodim -scanbus'.
For possible transport specifiers try 'wodim dev=help'.
For IDE/ATAPI devices configuration, see the file README.ATAPI.setup from
the wodim documentation.
"
This was output on Standard Error

I tried the same command as root, and on another machine, all with the same
result.
I tried "wodim -scanbus"
with the same result.

I would prefer that Wodim --devices would tell me what CD and DVD drives are
connected.

Eventually I used gui k3b, which used growisofs, successfully.

Thank you very much for supplying and maintaining wodim and cdrkit.

With best regards from
Richard Betham
