fgetty_patched + login1: ñ doesn't show up, (arg: 1) instead, even after reset.

ngetty + login1: no letter will show up after logging in, but they are there
(except ñ); that is, if I (blindly) type "echo ñandú", it will return "and".
But, after reset, I can see "echo and" while typing "echo ñandú" with the same
result "and". This time, (arg: 1) appears when typing "ñ", and just a beep
while typing key stroke sequence for "ú".

OK. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
