This bug should've been filed against a (KDE) plasma package as that's where the issue was caused. The bug itself was valid though as I stumbled upon it myself. See also https://github.com/davidedmundson/xembed-sni-proxy
The deluge(-gtk) icon appears and works fine (again) here, so I'm pretty sure the bug can be closed.
