Bug#833708: haskell-stack: Please replace DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=noddebs with dh_strip --no-automatic-dbgsym

Hi,

I noticed that haskell-stack unconditionally sets DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=noddebs.

Please replace that with passing "--no-automatic-dbgsym" to dh_strip
(if you want to make this work for older releases, you can use
"-O--no-automatic-dbgsym" instead).
