make[3]: *** No rule to make target '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopenjp2.so', needed by 'bin/Datacoverage'. Stop. This leads me to suspect the root cause is actually in libterralib which is a build dependency of both. Can you confirm my suspicion?
