Somewhere near the end of the apt-get install, the following
message is displayed:

I strongly suggest you read /usr/doc/zmailer/README.Debian before
trying to run the ZMailer Server.

However, the file mentioned above does not exist. In fact, neither
/usr/doc/zmailer nor /usr/doc exists (but /usr/share/doc/zmailer
does).
