Package: buildd.debian.org Severity: normal tvtime is no longer x86-specific since either 2003 (see #213334) or 2004 (upstream removed the wine-using code), and should therefore no longer be blocked from building on other architectures in https://buildd.debian.org/quinn-diff/sid/Packages-arch-specific
tvtime is Linux-specific. Builds currently fail due to #811894, but that one is unrelated and easily fixable (fix is in the latest upstream).
