Ah, I see now that this fix is intended for android-platform-frameworks-base. Could you just push your changes to the repository Chirayu? Apparently the new upload requires us to upload the updated build-dependencies too. As you know I'm not really fond of the versioned build-dependencies approach or uploading packages just for bumping the version, so I leave the rest to Hans-Christoph.
