This is still not completely implemented as requested by you, but I'd
like to give you an update:

Still true, but since it is disabled by default, it doesn't hurt
(except if you really need remote-toggle for your users).

This was implemented in the meantime. Now you can use multiple
listen-address entries to the config like
listen-address 10.0.0.1:8118
listen-address 127.0.0.1:8118
