The Cyrus packaging team has determined that parts of this patch are much too invasive for release. The acceptable part (the db_err fix) was merged into cyrus in svn revisions 256 and 262. I will tag this bug wontfix, and leave it for the submitter to withdraw. This patch could be applied in the cyrus+kolab package that is being discussed.
